The first session of international petroleum engineering project management course
The first session of international petroleum engineering project management course which lasts for a month won a successful cnpletion at Sinopec Management Institute on Jul. 11, 2008. 29 students cning from SIPSC and its subsidiary cnpanies, with many years of overseas project management experience and high level of English skill, joined the class.
The whole classes were taught in English by the experts who came from Shell, AST&L and ABS consulting. The course covered the following parts: project management (a whole process consisting of project evaluation, project decision-making, project designing, project operating and project delivering ), every procedure or aspect of E&P of oil & gas, the relevant parts to petroleum project management (e.g. HSE management, economic evaluation, logistic and supply chain management, risk evaluation and contract management, etc. ) .
