All of our team members have a petroleum-majored Masters Degree. In addition to having Chinese project managers and technical directors who have previously worked for Sinopec and CNPC etc. Besides, we also employ foreign experts from renowned oil companies such as Shell and BP etc.

 We are proud of our accumulated years of work experience and international talent reserves. Currently we have 45 contract lecturers who come from large multinational oil companies or international petroleum campuses. With their rich working experience, they have brought us advanced techniques and problem solving skills that are needed in complex situations.
