OMP registered in BVI in 1984. Its major business is Oil block’s mergers and acquisitions, and relevant technique services in the early days and has offices in Texas, Calgary and London. Recently, it focuses on training and consulting. Its customers include BP, SHELL, BG, Chevron, Halliburton, and so on. OMP’s courses include oil exploration and development technique courses and relevant petroleum management courses.
