Sinopec SIPC Overseas Talents HSE Course is held from November 26th to 30th, 2007. Phil Gallant, comes from Canada, will be the instructor of this course. He has once worked as the HSE director in BP branch office. The course will includes Hazard identification and risk assessment, Major emergency management, Accident investigation and rood case analysis, Modern HSE management.
