The second session of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Spainish Course was opened on Nov 2nd 2009 in Shengli Oilfield Senior Elites Training Center of Dongying, Shandong province. There are 37 students who have no Spanish basic from Shengli sub-well and well testing department. The course lasts for three months.

The foreign teacher is from Mexico and has rich Spanish teaching experience in Xiamen, Fujian of china. The Chinese teacher is a retired editor from Xinhua News Agency and had lived in Cuba for more than 20 years. They teach the students how to speak, how to pronounce, how to write and how to use Spanish so as to improve the work efficiency when they have to work in oversea Spanish-speaking countries. Technical terms of petroleum industry in Spanish has been added to the course. After the course, most of the students can communicate in Spanish and adapt to the oversea life.
