China University of Petroleum and Petromentor signed an agreement on Petromentor scholarship and a series of speech concerning employment of the graduates. The main responsible personnel attend the ceremony.

As for the scholarship, Petromentor will give 100,000 RMB per year for the university. The vice president of the university said the petroleum education tends to be very international.
