On Nov 5th afternoon, the Second Session of Sinopec Shengli Oilfield Overseas Integrated Project Management Training Completion Ceremony was held on the 2nd floor of Senior Elites Training Building.

Managing vice president and deputy secretary of Party committee of Shengli Oilfield Party School Wang Xiaoyi attended the ceremony and made an address.

Xiong Guoming, the secretary of Overseas Project Management Center made a speech. The section chief from Second Personnel Section of Organization Department Wang Shengli took the host. Representative of trainees made the conclusion.

This course was made up by three modules, which was intercultural communication, HSE management and petroleum project management, inviting foreign experts who had rich experience in overseas project management from SHELL and other multinational petroleum companies. During the training session, action learning was adopted, including modes like experience based training, case analysis, experience sharing etc. The intensive training that lasted for one month had promoted overseas project management staff's personal ability and competency efficiently and effectively, which met with the strategy of "going out" and the need for continuously expanding overseas market, as a result, it facilitated the sustainable development for petroleum project module of Shengli Oilfield.
