On Oct 18th and 19th, Fiona from Petromentor offered a two day intercultural communication course for overseas project staff who would go to Houston from Sinopec and she answered some practical questions on going abroad for trainees as well. Through this two-day training, nearly all trainees felt that they had learnt something that they did not know before, as a result, their personal abilities and confidence in working abroad got strengthened.
