Petromentor had a expand training for both new and old staff on June 16th, 2011 near the Qinglong Lake. This activity aims to let everyone get familiar with each other, enhance our teamwork's cohesion and fully develop our staff's potential. We chose hand in hand, gone in 60 seconds and so on to train the staff on trust, challenge, communication and spirit of group cohesion aspects.

Through the expand training, everyone realized that mutual trust is the basic of working together. We should face challenges bravely, and nothing will be difficult if we make an effort together. When there is a limited condition, we can complete difficult task well only by using our team's collective wisdom and strong executive force. Do our own part seriously and divide collaboration can complete task efficiently.

After one day's expand training, we all had our own thoughts and determined to apply these thoughts to work to make our contributions to the company.
