Sinopec Shengli Oilfield's Second Session of International Petroleum Project Integration Management course was held on July 5th, 2011 in the Shengli Oilfield party school. The participants in this course all are the international project companies' talents and play important roles in achieving "going out" strategy. The leaders of organization department and the party school draw the most attention and many of them attended the opening ceremony.

This course will last for a month, and will focus on "international" and "reserve talents" to set proper contents, which include business simulation, perfect presentation, international cross-culture, HSE and so on. This course is aim to improve participants' ability of dealing with dangers independently in the oversea projects, and to improve the technology and management level of Shengli Oilfield international project.

Besides the perfect course we set, the teaching methods and the background of our teachers also meet this course's demands. In this course, teachers will speak English to create a very good environment of learning, and they will adapt "group discussion" method which is good for training participants' teamwork spirit and developing their abilities. Our teachers are all petroleum related experts of the world and have rich working and teaching experiences. They can improve the participants' level quickly by using their rich knowledge and experience.
