Sinopec Third Session of Petrochemical Project Management course was held in Sinopec party school from July 14th to July 16th, 2011. The participants, who came from different branches of Sinopec, have a thorough knowledge in both theoretical foundation and practical experience. Therefore, the aim of this course is to improve participants' theoretical level and let them get to know the knowledge, process, difficulties and points of project management through analyzing cases and experiences. So, after having this course, the participants can combine the scientific concept of development and humanist to improve efficiency, cut costs, reduce losses of staff, property and project on process caused by uncertainties.

This course adopts the bilingual teaching in Chinese and English in order to let the participants quickly adapt to the international advanced management. The teaching form bases mainly on knowledge explanations and case analysis. The teacher,  not only can expound the basic theory, but also analyze cases according to his own working experience by using humorous language and interactive way. This method of teaching is good for participants to digest knowledge in time, promote analytical ability and independent thinking ability, and meet the purpose of application need. Quite different from being shy when they first met each other, now the participants are good friends and become so active in the class. This shows the participants' satisfaction with our course and their spirit of pragmatism and diligence.

Until now, Sinopec Petrochemical Project Management Course has been held for three times, and it draws the most attention and has been praised by the Sinopec party school's leaders. While, participants' recognition and support give us the greatest motivation of making out good courses. And we believe that this course will be better and better.
