Held by Shengli Oil Field Senior Elites Training Center, The Second Session of Sinopec Shengli Oil Field Overseas Petroleum Project Elites for Reserve Training progressed by Petromentor International Education&Technology (Beijing) Co.Ltd ends successfully on August 4th 2011.

This time, there are 39 trainees in all from various units of Shengli Oil Field. During the session, based on our years of experience on training and characteristics of oversea petroleum project, we have complied the text book with suitable courses, which are Project Management Simulation, Leadership Skills, Presentation Skills, Intercultural Communication, International Petroleum HSE Management, International Petroleum Management Skills respectively. The instructors all have profound understanding on professional knowledges, skills and experience both in international working and teaching.
