1. Who should attend

Project managers, managers and business core from project department, and those management staff as well as business core that deal with relevant works and have section level rank, who have at least 5 years industrial experience and took part in at least 1 project in Sinopec International Petroleum Engineering Company and Refinery Engineering Company as well as other responsible companies.

A) Analysis of international first class engineering companies

It concerns the following insights of outstanding international engineering companies, that include the history of development, business range, organization, management system, operation philosophy, core competitive edge, representative petroleum and refinery project, operating sequence and norms for engineering project, experience and techniques on risk management for engineering project.

B) EPC Project Construction Management

It concerns the compilation of project construction plan, advance preparation for project construction, personnel, quality, process, and cost management during construction, communication and emergency management in project construction and then completion.
