The five-day training course – International Bidding & Quotation – commenced on 9th, Dec. at Shengli Oil Field Advanced Training Center. About 40 participants who come from different divisions of Shengli Oil Field attended the course. Through training participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the characteristics, procedure and international practices; improve the ability of operation management of domestic projects and foreign project contracting; had a detailed explanation of FIDIC items. The instructor integrated the theoretical knowledge into the case study. There were heated and active discussion between participants and instructor.
