The seven-day training program – CNOOC Supervision Company New Technology of Deepwater was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Dec. 22nd, 2011. This training focused on the new technologies and tools on deepwater drilling and completion. The courses were provided by Mr. David He, who has more than 30 years work experience in the field of deepwater. Except for giving an introduction about the new technologies and tools on deepwater, the instructor has also explain more details about some parts of the topic, such as dual density drilling and the development of ROV, etc. The knowledge exchange and discussion were involved. In addition, in the exchange seminar at the end of training courses, the instructor discussed with participants on the issues they concerned; made an analysis and forecast on the deepwater technology and market. The training has inspired the participants and won the acclaims from all of them.
