On Feb 28, the 2012 HSE Conference was held in Shengli Oilfield. This conference analyzed the situation of HSE in the oilfield extensively and invited our most prominent expert on HSE management to deliver a seminar named "Safety culture, leadership and execution".

Sun Huanquan, director of the Shengli Oilfield Administrative Bureau and general manager of Shengli Oilfield Company attended the conference. Xi Xiuhai, secretary of the Party committee was in charge of the conference in the afternoon, while vice secretary of the Party committee and secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission Yang Changjiang read out the decision for honor. THe deputy director Zhao Jinzhou present the morning session, while leaders of Oilfield Song Zhenguo, Xu Weihua, Zhang Hongshan and Gao Guiting, the Associate Counsel of Shandong Provincial Public Security, director of Binhai Public Security Bureau and Secretary of the Party Committee attended the meeting. Besides, all men at wheel of chief posts from the offices of bureau and subordinate companies attended this conference as well.
