Due to the needs of training course, the whole staff of our company received an experiential training on 16th April 2012. The purpose of this training is: 1. To help participants get a thorough understanding of themselves; to stimulate personal potential and conducting self-positioning objectively; to increase self-confidence, overcome psychological inert, build up perseverance to conquer the difficulties in order to face the challenges of work and life. 2. To take effective measures to improve social skills; to learn how to care, motivation and build up mutual trust, enable us to cooperate with others harmoniously; to achieve team consistency and form tacit cooperation among team members so as to create a positive and united team atmosphere. Through specific cases presented by the facilitator, we got a better understanding of how to form self-perception and team building. Moreover, the facilitator also gave us some valuable suggestions and recommendations to the warm-up games which will be used in our HSE training program for Sinopec North China Petroleum Bureau on 18th April 2012.
The training atmosphere was excellent; we had a heated discussion of how to improve our training qualities.
