The training program of international project bidding and business negotiations for Shengli Oil Field had successfully finished on 27th April 2012. After this training, the trainees were able to learn the characteristics of bidding, the basic procedures of the operation, the major work in each link and international practices, as well as the content of FIDIC terms. At the same time, this training also aimed at Sinopec's operating characteristics and analyzed the problems encountered during the bidding process in order to make the training more purposeful and prominent. This also made the course more understandable. This training was greatly helpful for improving the trainees' managerial and administrative expertise for domestic projects and foreign contracted projects as well as operational capabilities for international projects.
