Cross-cultural communication training in Shengli Oil Field has officially opened on May 28, 2012. This training was carried out by one of Petromentor’s senior lecturers --- Fiona. The training mainly focus on the explanation of cultural differences among different countries all over the world, meanwhile, the training also demonstrate the way of adapting to different cultural background and how to make good communication with the destination country. Additionally, the training content will be specified into the range of Iran, Mexico, Mongolia, Turkmenistan, the Middle East and other countries according to the participants’ situation. Open education mode will be implemented, while a variety of cases and discussions will thread through the teaching process.
