The 3-day HSE session of administrative staff from North China Bureau and North China Branch has completed successfully in the Party School of North China Bureau on 11 August, 2012. Almost 50 people from all the administrative levels of North China Bureau and North China Branch attended this training seminar. The section chief Meng made a lecture on the topic of HSE management system on the first day. Pro. Gao Bin, senior HSE specialists of Petromentor gave instructions in the training.. The topics including safety culture and execution, emergency disposal, site accident treatment, processing standard and recording of OSHA, and supervision and inspection of HSE, etc.

With the excellent capacity of instructing and the method of combining the theoretical knowledge and practical cases, the instructors introduced the latest international HSE concepts and operating model for the participants. Under the lively class atmosphere, the participants put forward the questions and discussed with the instructors actively.

The training still took the training feedback system which Petromentor developed independently. This system can show the teaching effect and the amount that the participants accepted.
