On December 10th 2012, the PetroChina Changqing Oilfield South Sulige Operating Company Drilling and Fracturing & Gas Testing Training Course has started successfully. On the openning ceremony, Mr. Erwan, director of Drilling department in Total China addressed his good hope and expectations for this course.

This training course is divided into two stage, while at stage one, it is for drilling skills and management, and for the second stage, it is for fracturing & gas testing, each for 7 days. The first course covers drilling site management, cementing, casing, and directional & horizontal well trajectory design. The second course is mainly on fracturing and gas testing, which is widely adopt in Sulige block. Participants are all drilling and well service engineers of South Sulige DW department. All of those courses are mentored by instructors who have great knowledge on relevant disciplines as well as impressive industrial experience. Teaching method like case study, group discussion are invited into this training course, so as to link with specific situation in South Sulige and help participants learn more practical skills.
