On 26th of May 2014, there were 10 students who were from CNPC Iraq Halfaya oil field, attended the training, 21 days , which was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The geology evaluation course was taught by Adel, the professor from Egypt, who processes decades work experiences in oil field and published dozens of papers on international forum and journal. In the class, students initiatively interacted with the teacher and warmly discussed the technology questions. By taking use this opportunity, petromentor built cooperation relationship with Malaysia Technology University, which improved business ability of petomentor in Malaysia. In addition, for the extending of foreign training market, petomentor is going to hold the third semester Halfaya training in Malaysia.
