On 22nd of August 2014, the acceptance meeting of basic unit HSE management project was held in 302# meeting room in North China petroleum engineering company, Zhengzhou. The technology and facility department, QHSE management department, the ministers from each departments of logging companies, and experts from multiple enterprises consisted the the expert group to conduct the acceptance.

First, the expert group listened the report, did by information center of logging companies, which was about the project construction condition. Based on the planning requirements of their company in 2014 and the support of mass inspection data, the HSE system followed its six models requirements, took use of the information technology, used a handheld tablet for dynamic monitoring, acquired the real-time data about on-site of basic unit, transported with 3G or wireless network to exchange long-distance data to let administrators achieve the first hand materials conveniently.

Then, Xu teng, the technical director of petromentor combined with the implementation condition of on-site basic unit to do the detailed demonstration of functions, like culture, responsibility implementation, training improvement, equipment support, management mechanism, risk control and statistical analysis.

He clearly explained basic unit HSE management system that based on improving dynamic monitoring ability, satisfying the construction object of HSE information management and won the highly praises.

At Last, experts group announced the acceptance suggestions and they were in completely agreement to accept the project.

The convening of this acceptance meeting was symbolize of that the software of basic unit management system had been into operational phrase.
