Trainees finished the 4 days learning and 1 day test. through the plentiful on-site experiences and decades work experiences of the teacher, the training become the exchange platform combined with academic and practice, which integrated scattered practical knowledge of trainees and make it more systematic The test of IADC well control course included two parts, written part,70 percent, and practical part,30 percent, that enhanced the on-site operation experience and apply theory to practice.
