On Jul.24th, the promotion council for the “basic unit HSE management system” of north china petroleum engineering was convened in north Hubei and hosted by Wei ping. Chang xinghao attended and proposed the requests to grasp safety from three aspects, strict management, innovation, making concert efforts, meanwhile, he made the specific arrangement and requirement for the promotion of this system.
