The international petroleum engineering project management completed successfully on September 6. This training was a part of oversea training for the backbone of Daqing oil field. We will also conduct the training on skills of business negotiation and lecture, cross-cultural communication and 3months oversea training to fully improve the comprehensive ability of the trainees.

Henry, the experienced teacher, who used to participate in the development plan of business management with Hanford,and has been worked in Shell for 30 years, firstly in the technology department and then in project management department. When he worked as the senior project manager in Shell, he charged the Gannet program of E&P in Aberdeen, England and was appointed as the interior trainer who had trained a group of talents to be the senior project management personnel.

In the class, trainees discussed the issues happened in the daily work with the teacher and all said they gain a lot help for their future work.
