The North America conventional and unconventional mining rights training, undertook by Petromentor and lasting 12 days, completed successfully on 28th of august,2014.there were 10 CNOOC experts attend the training in Calgary, Canada.

The purpose of this training was to understand the international mining rights management system, the special policies of mining right ,mining right tax and to conduct to analysis the cases, learn practice experience, intimate advanced management method, which help improve the management ability of mining right and exploration ,especially in North America, such as Canada and Mexico.

Overview of Conventional and unconventional oil and gas resources and legal system of mineral resources.

Procedure of Setting, using, and managing mining right

The special policies and regulations for the Conventional and unconventional oil and gas mining right management.

The supervisory system of conventional and unconventional oil and gas mining right

There were two teachers who from multiple aspects to taught the tax law that referenced to conventional and unconventional oil and gas, which told how to comply as an operator ,how to supervise as the government, how to coordinate the operator and supervisory institute as an attorney or other roles. The curriculum content was substantial with full utilization of the limited time to maximize the practicability of the course and ensure the high degree of knowledge.
