The training, from 17th of September 2014 to 30th of September 2014, was held in America and Canada. There were 19 students who were from HR department of Petrochina and affiliated oil field attended the training. Petrommentor arranged several experienced teacher to give a thorough explanation about the hr management and training system analysis. In addition, petromentor organized trainees to visit some places, like Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Rice University, Huston University, petrochina research center, to do exchanges and discussion on the training subject.

This was the first project of petrochina HR department that was undertook by Petromentor. Petrochina Group Company gave highly praise of the qualification, training strength and the training accomplishment of petromentor, the training has become another break for Petromentor in the Petrochina market.
