The training, 15 days from Sep.20th to Oct.4th at Huston University, America, about the development and management of low permeable oil and gas reservoir and the technology of drilling completion for CNPC Daqing oil field successfully completed. There were 14 students, the senior administrators and technical backbones from the units of Daqing oil field, attended this project.

This training involved the classroom learning and on-site investigation, which trainees could understand the factory operation management and operation condition of the low permeable oil and gas oil field and reference experiences about the management, meanwhile, the training also combine with classroom learning about the serious of development techniques and lab visiting to understand the new technology and the trend.
