The backbone and talents training, lasting 3 months, for CNPC Daqing oil field opened at Huston University on November 3rd, 2014.There were 15 students, the senior administrators and engineers from Daqing oil field, attended the training.

The curriculum content of this training were the courses in three industries, oil reservoir engineering, oil production engineering, and drilling engineering. Which were taught by the professors from famous international petroleum university, like Alberta University, Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University, as well as the serving and retired experts who from Shell, Chevron, BP and other oil companies will also participate in teaching.

Through the training, trainees could not only learn the advanced international technology, but also can improve their English skill, broaden their vision, promote the international development of Daqing oil field by taking use the spare time to experience American local culture.
