On 18th of December 2014, the first session of IWCF course, which lasted 5days in the center of rig package of Dagang oil field, Tianjin, and lasted 5 days, was successfully completed .there were 8 students, from HILONG, who all passed the supervisory level, the highest level of IWCF, meanwhile, scores of all three subjects of many students in average were more than 90.

The teaching language and the test of the course were in English. Petromentor provided the reference materials for the students to preview before the training. The instructor, from Australia, who processes over 60 years experiences of drilling practice and over 10 years IWCF courses teaching experiences. He shared his practice experiences with trainees to help them improve their grade in a short time.as what we knew, there were 80 percent questions that were similar with the practices given by the teacher.

During the classes, there were two foreign observers from shell company supervised the whole class and gave highly praise. The whole process of written test was supervised by the England ambassadors in china. Student grade was real and reliable
