On 25th of December 2014, petromentor convened the first reading sharing discussion, sharing what had been learnt after reading the book. By taking use the lunch time, the leaders and the employees were sitting together, as talking and eating, with the relax atmosphere.

We discussed and shared on multiple topics ,such as sale skills ,management, the vision and culture of the company, and personal career planning, which made the employees felt we were a big family, not only as a place where to work that could make money. Let us wish petromentor could have a bright future and wish everyone merry charismas.
