Petromentor hold the training, lasting one month from May 7th to June 3rd ，for chad oil company officers in Beijing. Three chad oil company officers and one engineer from CNODC are the trainees of this training.

The whole training process, which was consisted of course learning, business visiting and cultural visiting, was the new experience for them.

For the consideration of the cultural difference and language barrier, we made a specific training plan to satisfy their training needs. Before the training we made the training manual as the guidance to help them know much about china and let them do the sufficient prior preparation , which could improve the quality for them living in china. We also prepared a new USB with all the course PPTS in it, which can be taken easily, and help trainees review and preview by using their computers whenever and wherever they want.

During the training –Experience the spirit of Chinese culture

At the beginning of the training, Petromentor arranged two days Chinese cultural classes for the trainees to help them suit the environment in China. The courses was taught by the teacher who equipped with plentiful experiences at teaching. This course not only help trainees learn more about china to eliminate their strangeness, but also stimulate their interest and enthusiasm about China.

At the part time of the class, coordinator of petromentor took trainees to visit the famous scenery spots in Beijing, like The Great Wall, Summer Palace, Bird Nest, water cube, Olympic Park and many other spots. Here has some pictures to show the great time they spend togesther.

Except the Chinese cultural experience, we also arranged the management program class provided by an excellent and prominent teacher, who used to be the CEO of company with hundreds million property, to help trainees to grasp the essence of the course in a short time.

In the course of this classes, the content taught by Teacher Gene combined the academic knowledge and abundant experience in the practice attracted the trainees deeply and let them ponder seriously.

After few days management program class, then was two weeks classes in the research institute of exploration and development. A lot of professional courses in the direction of drilling and oil production were being taught, in the meantime, trainees also got the chance to learn how to use the professional software during the classes, all of which made trainees acquired rich knowledge reserves and benefited a lot.

BGP and GWDC were the two business visiting subjects, one is in Hebei province and another on is in Panjin, Liaoning province.in the course of the visiting, trainees do the exchanges with the experts on some topic they cared about.

The end of training

One month is not long time but is not short either, all the trainees established good relationship with each other and the teachers. They all expressed they would like to come again and had a high opinion of the training.
