Chad oil company's executives training which hold by Petromentor during May 7th to June 7th have been completed successfully.

The curriculum arranged enrich project management and exploration & development courses, also Chinese cultural studies and business visits. This training was a challenge for both Petromentor and the executives of Chad oil company, because the training sites and inspection sites are in three different places and students had a very short time to learn a lot of things.

In their spare time, training teachers led students to visit the places of historic interest in Beijing to strengthen the students' understanding of China. Subsequently, students got great inspiration and promotion to the oil&gas drilling theory and practical operation by learn the project management and exploration courses.

The training specially arranged two business visit for Chad executives, BGP Eastern Geophysical Prospecting and the Great Wall drilling Company. The Enterprise employees introduced the development of their enterprises and present situation, then answered the questions asked by students. The introduction and demonstration of the equipment greatly widen the students' horizon. Time is short, but gained a lot.

In the training process, Petromentor's staffs observed the students' life habits and religious habits carefully for the success of the training escort.
