During Oct 11th to 28th 2015, the 2nd CNOOC international HSE practitioners certificate and relevant training program have conducted successfully in Aberdeen-oil city in Scotland.

The training was 18 days in total, the training program including basic offshore safety induction and emergency training (BOSIET), minimum industry safety training (MIST), UK offshore legislation, offshore medicals and compressed air emergency breathing system (CA-EBS). Students worked hard and obtained international offshore-working certificate. They are familiar with UK offshore petroleum safety regulatory and legislation system.

At meantime, the training team has taken advantage of studying in the UK and have our students visited NEXEN UK, International Maritime Organization and other local government maritime department. It has enlarged students’ vision and has the students getting familiar with HSE regulatory system, latest improvement, ideas and technologies.
