CNPC Niger staff global O&G industry knowledge training program was launched in Beijing by Petromentor, some Nigerien mid-level leadership from CNPC Niger and local staff have attended this program.

Chinese culture lectures are presented by Petromentor to facilitate the training program as the culture and language difference.

Highly experienced experts from O&G field have presented case study and lecture concern with overview of petroleum engineering, oil and gas production, HSE management, petroleum project management and financial management of O&G companies. Group discussions are frequently used and case study regarding to petroleum contract, legislation and overview of international petroleum industry are covered as well.

Within only one week, friendships are created among all the students and with the lecturers as well. The Nigerien students have gained the knowledge, real experience and they enjoyed Chinese culture as well. The students speak highly of this program including curriculum, the lecturers, tutors and other staff.
