Exploration training program during CNOOC offshore petroleum contract was implemented in Scotland oil city Aberdeen from Oct 11th to 25th 2015. The training course was provided by Petromentor International Education (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

International offshore oil contract, operation and management for contract area and joint ventures audit are three main topics have been presented and case-studied. Students have learnt the newest exploration business management of international offshore contract. Lecturer explained the policy and management model of contract area; work planning and budget preparation and operation experience in contract area in details. The discussion in the lecture also helped the students learn and understand better.

Students also have visited BP, BG and NEXON and these experiences are very helpful for the understanding of the globalization trends of exploration and future international cooperation.
