From January 10 th, 2016 to January23 th , CNOOC coalbed methane development technology training organized by Petromentor International Education (Beijing)Co.,Ltd.ended succesfully in Houston,Texas. The training for a total of 14 days ,the 9 participants of this training are from CNOOC and its subordinate branches .

In the training, fracturing technology,coalbed methane development technology, coalbed methane development technology and unconventional site construction four topics coverd by the Dr.Soliman and other expert lecturers, the instructor takes the case analysis and the practice instance as the guide to carry on the depth explanation to the course content. In the class, students interact with lecturers and had discussion actively where students learned a lot about the course. Students have a deeper understanding of the latest internationa coalbed methane development technology after study carefully and got great inspiration. The students combined with the field work and courses which have great guidance and reference for the future work.

In order to enrich the study, Petromentor arranged the students visited Trican and other business fracturing site.They communicated with the site personnel and exchange ideas with each other about the relevent project and technical knowledge. This visit not only helped students understand the content of the study better and broaden the horizons,but also let the students learned how to put knowledge into practice and accumulate experience for future work.

In the training,Petromentor has provided good daily life and security for the students,ensuring that students have a good life quality in the study so that students can concentrate on learning, contribute to the introduction of the petroleum technology.
