Invited by CNPC Richfit, Petromentor host the 2015 CNPC International Co. Chad Local Employee training program, offering the site training to 63 local employees in N'Djamena and Ronier well site from Jan 15th, 2015 to Jan 21st, 2016.

In O&G fundamental course module, Petromentor’s several instructors from international oil companies gave some lectures about petroleum geology, production, instrumentation & automation, HSE. Apart from the petroleum knowledge, in order to improve convenience of work and living, Petromentor also offered course about elementary Chinese language and CNPCIC oilfield equipments.

Besides indoor lecture, Petromentor also organized the well site practical training for 900 hours which lasted for 6 months. All the well site course, including petroleum geology, production, well operation, site management, etc., were taught by experienced professionals, supporting the development of Ronier prject.

Apart from the solid fundamental knowledge and practical site exercises, Petromentor offered firm and flexible training management and effective assessment system, which was apprised by both the trainees and company.
