Petromentor host the CNPC HR Department Technician UK Training from Jan 12th to 25th, 2016. The Program lasted for 14 days and 20 trainees from CNPC was involved.

The content of the training was HR management, assessment system and Skill Caltivation. The instructors were from Robert Gordon University and ASET respectively, demonstrating lecture about the technician cultivation and training approach as well as petrochemical and engineering.

Petromentor arranged the business visit to Petroineos and FALCK, communicating with the host about topics including HR resource training and career development, and technical issues. Besides, the clients also visited Aberdeen government, Oxford Unveristy, etc..

Through the training, the trainees gained a thorough understanding to the HR management and technical problems. Also, they have experienced the UK culture.
