Host by Petromentor, the CNPC CSG Company Ground Engineering and Water Treatment Training in Australia Came to Conclusion. The training lasted for 14 days, involving 8 engineers from CNPC CSG Company.

The instructors from University of Queensland, and CSG consulting company taught some lectures about ground engineering and water treatment. The training contained indoor lectures as well as site visit, which relate closely with their current work.

Apart from training and communication, the expert from the consulting company also led the trainees to the CSG production site, observing the well and generator. The expert also introduced the current situation of CSG production, natural gas generation and grid, which contributed to the domestic gas and electricity development.

The delegate also visited the CSG Research Centre of UQ. The vice president of the centre introduced the current development of Australia’s CSG and the methodology and tools in the development, which brought up a reference to the company.
