On February 16, 2016, a delegation of 5 people led by Mr. Wu Xintao, General Manager of Petromentor International Education visited Daqing oil field in seeking more opportunities to promote the normal business operation. The delegation has completed a preliminary research on the training situation under the current low oil price circumstance during the 3 days visit.

In the afternoon on February 16, the delegation held a seminar focused on training business in Daqing Oilfield Talent Development Institute. Mr. Yang, Vice President, Mr. Chen and other supervisors in the aspects of foreign training are all invited in this seminar. Mr. Yang had shown great interest in our certificate qualification training and also express his desire to join the class by himself. Afterwards, Mr. Wu gave a detailed introduction for our safety leadership, electrical engineering and other safety training programs. Meantime, they also discussed profoundly about E - learning, professional talent evaluation system and international talents network building. In addition, Mr. Yang highly appreciated our strong faculty and student satisfaction in the long-term cooperation with our company. This is a sign that training is still a significant element in a low oil price environment and without any ignoration.

On the next two days, Petromentor delegates continued to visit HR&Training Department and the Eighth Production Plant of Daqing oilfield. Through discussion, the delegated learned that the demand for international oil talents is becoming more and more urgent in the current trend of "going out" policy, which highlighted the corresponding training professional requirements. And our dominant training programs such as low permeability development technical training is been highlighted in the discussion. In addition, safety information, processed management platform and innovation are also been repeatedly mentioned.

This two and a half day visit not only deepened our knowledge about Daqing oil market, not also convinced us that training is the top priority in the low oil price period. We are far more determined about our business orientation - petroleum technical training education.
