PSM is a very helpful management approach for the prevention of chemicals spill, fire disaster and explosion accident. A process safety management system includes several key factors and well implementation of these factors is the basis for sustainable operations of your plant or facilities.
This course provides the details of every factor of PSM to participants, and combines the case study and practices. Participants can apply what they learned into the daily work.
The purpose for this workshop is to provide fundamental skills of conducting a process safety review by applying techniques such as; What-if PHA, HAZOP, FMEA and Fault Tree and developing counter measures & emergency response programs to control hazards to minimize risks and achieve continuous improvement.
