Petromentor became a membership of IADC in June, 2010.

Since 1940, the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) has exclusively represented the worldwide oil and gas drilling industry. IADC is dedicated to enhancing the interests of the oil-and-gas and geothermal drilling and completion industry worldwide. Membership is open to any company involved in oil and gas exploration, drilling or production, well servicing, oilfield manufacturing or other rig-site services. Founded in 1940, IADC’s mission is to improve industry health, safety and environmental practices; advanced drilling and completion technology; and champion responsible standards, practices, legislation and regulations that provide for safe, efficient and environmentally sound drilling operations worldwide.

Petromentor as the authorized agency of IADC in China organizes drilling and well control training to offer reliable training and testing services. Through the training, students’ professional knowledge and skills can be improved.
