Course Introduction
The Course “Major Emergency Management” is a 3-day Course , committed by one expat instructors and one national assistant , which is most effective arrangement from point of course communication between trainer and trainee, make sure all knowledge in this course has been understand and accepted.
MEM training uses computer based simulators to reflect the unit, vessel or platform that the OIM and crew have come from. This simulator can be tailored to specific layouts for oil, gas and petrochemical plants, both onshore and offshore. The program allows for site specific scenarios in a wide variety of emergency situations.
This course intends to enhance the capability of managers and leaders when dealing with major emergencies, how to make effective decisions under an extreme stress (time, information etc.)
